Established in 1991, Proform Products has grown steadily to become a leading and trusted supplier/manufacturer of quality components for the domestic & commercial markets. No other Western Australian-owned and operated company provides such a comprehensive range of quality products for architects, designers, builders and cabinetmakers. Proform Products currently supplies prefabricated components for kitchens, bathrooms & all types of built in cabinets as well as components for shop & office fit units.
In the beginning, the company's first major investment was a state-of-the-art PVAC 'postforming' machine imported from Germany, one of only a handful in Australia at the time. Henceforth began a tradition for pursuing excellence, through re-investment in advanced technology that continues to this day, including:
- World class CAD design system for the most up to date materials optimising & drilling patterns based on the world renowned 'system 32' specification.
- Computerised beam saw for excellence in straight-line flat panel cutting.
- Hot melt edgebanding with the ability to apply 0.4mm melamine, 2mm rigid, laminate & up to 8mm solid timber edgings.
- Advanced CNC computerised routing & boring for accuracy in fabrication.
- Through feed PVAc hot pressing for superior adhesion of postforming laminate.
- Flow Through Postformer using PVAC Glue.
Proform Products standing as an industry pacesetter has been acknowledged through agency agreements with of the countries best suppliers.
While the company's integrated design-manufacture system provides particular advantages for large housing developments or corporate refurbishment, the same benefits of quality, efficiency and speedy turnarounds are delivered to single domestic and office projects.
